Caylee is AWESOME!!! My wife and I visited from Sacramento and Caylee spent time patiently explaining the products and all the drinks. She wasn’t pushy and genuine. Perfect example of customer service and professionalism.
All I have to say is wow, the place looks awesome. You can tell the owners (summer and jade) took time on the build out to make it look so amazing. Definitely a different look than what Carson city is use to but needed it for sure. The owners and so nice and so knowledgeable when it comes to what they serve and why they serve it in the way they do. Every question I had that had an answer for. I had one of the specialty teas and let me tell you, it was sooooo great I had to tell my friends at work because it was so delicious! I made it a combo meaning I got a specialty shake with my energy tea and the shake was made perfect. It was so thick and creamy and the taste was so great it did not taste like a protein shake at all. Such an awesome experience and I will be a forever customer to them. Thank you Carson city, summer and jade for having a shop where I can get something good for my body!
They haven’t putting in a lot of work on their social media. That’s how I heard about this place. Amazing atmosphere. I know that they had a problem about opening up early, but I got here at 7:10 and they took care of me. I got the very blast ball. Absolutely amazing.
Loved THE MIX! Love the people! Love the vibe! Been going here over a year. Pretty much tried the entire menu! Everything is super yummy and you know you’re getting something healthy at the same time while supporting a locally family owed business who gives back to the community.
Very good healthy option for a small lunch! I have been getting the protein bowls for a couple weeks now on/off as little treats for myself after my physical therapy. It picks me up without me feeling badly after, everywhere else in town is really greasy and makes me feel unwell. This place, I know I'm getting something that'll make me feel good! Not to mention, tastes good. Service is fast, and friendly. I get the mango pineapple protein bowl with extra granola, topped with strawberries, bananas and honey. I am lactose intolerant and there isn't a lack of options here either. Wish this place got more business so they could stay open later. I'd love to hit here after my longer school days on campus.
I got the skinny caramel macchiato, it was delicious. A little pricey, so I might try the teas next time. Great shop. The guy at the counter explained everything to me and was very friendly. I'll definitely be coming back.
Great little spot! I had a mango pineapple protein bowl with all the toppings (except chocolate chips) & it was VERY yummy. It was sweet & slightly creamy. It was extremely filling & kept me full most of the day. My husband had the S’more Abs shake & loved it. The service was AMAZING! They were extremely helpful with explaining the different menu options to me & helping me order. The dining area is very clean & welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Hours may be more limited than big-box stores, but that’s part of what allows them to stay hands-on and provide personal service. Amazing drinks! We have only tried the smoothies and protein balls so far. But everything is top notch. Even adding the extra protein, it is such a wonderfully tasty experience! Come support a local small business that we NEED around!
